Little Explorers Room
A few of the children's rooms and playrooms we've designed across Ahmedabad - told for the thinking, not just the photos.
It depends on the size of the room, how much is custom, and whether you want design only or full execution. As a rough guide, a considered kids' room with custom storage and a bed usually lands somewhere between ₹3 and ₹12 lakh - we'll give you an honest estimate once we've seen the space and heard the wish-list.
Design typically takes about 3 to 6 weeks, and execution another 6 to 12 weeks depending on how much custom furniture and site work is involved. We'll share a realistic timeline at the start and keep you posted at every stage.
Yes - shared sibling rooms are one of our favourite briefs. We plan zones so each child gets a sense of their own corner, with shared storage and flexible layouts that can be split further as they grow and their needs start to differ.
Both. You can take just the design and drawings to your own contractor, or hand the whole thing to us - custom furniture, vendor coordination, site supervision and final styling. Most families choose full execution so there's only one team to talk to.
Always. We design the bones of the room - storage, lighting, layout - to stay useful for years, and keep the changeable things like colour, soft furnishings and a few playful details easy to swap as tastes change. A room for a five-year-old should still work at twelve.
That's exactly how we like to work. We start from a calm, grown-up base - warm neutrals, natural materials, good light - and let personality come through in a few considered accents rather than themed wallpaper on every wall. Playful, but never cartoonish.
Your child's age, the room size, and the dream - we'll take it from there.
